When opening a table or view in SQL Server Management Studio I would frequently get a blue screen of death. I just found the solution and it's down right crazy... uninstall Microsoft IntelliPoint! Yeah... unbelievable but it works. You can remove the software entirely or just end the iPoint.exe process...
