This will shutdown your virtual machines, copy the .vhd virtual hard disk files (not snapshots) to a backup location, and then power your virtual machines back on.  Please view the ReadMe file or the following blog post for detailed instructions:

Looks really good, one nice feature would of been to include an email option for errors only, for copying / start up or down issues. maybe even 10mins once machine powered up, ping it, if no response email also.
